What You Get:
My aim with this program is simplicity, so you'll receive just two downloadable PNG files. Remember, the real value lies not in the product, but in the effort you invest. These PNGs are optimized for easy viewing on your camera roll during your gym sessions.
The first PNG contains instructions on following the split and maintaining proper nutrition, while the second outlines the workout split. Be sure to thoroughly review the instructions before starting the program.
How Long is the Program?
You can follow this program for as long as you desire. Personally, I recommend setting a target weight and bulking until you reach that goal.
